For Deluxe 5* Hotel

Our client, a top 5* deluxe, international chain hotel, is looking for a Director of Operations for their busy hotel operation. The property is in a top location within one of Middle East’s capitals.

They are looking to recruit an experienced, classically trained, well-groomed and well-spoken, energetic Director of Operations, who can demonstrate a stable and progressive F&B background gained in high quality 5* hotels.

You will manage all daily activities of the hotel’s operations, as well as maintain the company’s high brand standards, you set high standards and continuously strive to exceed the guests’ expectations.

You are a hotel professional, self-confident, have a minimum of 5 years’ of experience. Working experience in an absolute top 5* hotel environment is required. Working experience as a Director F&B in a top 5 * hotel environment in main capitals in Middle East, Europe or London – UK is a prerequisite.
