For branded Restaurant Concept in Top 5* Hotel Resort

Location: Doha, Qatar

Our client, a famous restaurant brand in a top 5* deluxe, international hotel chain, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager for their large, luxury, busy restaurant operation.

They are looking to recruit an energetic, Restaurant General Manager who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background gained in stand-alone well-known restaurant concepts in London, New York, Dubai, Asian capitals or main cities in Europe.

The right candidate has at least two years working in a similar role, is not a ‘first timer’.

You will be capable of leading a front of the house team of 50+ staff and several managers, you set high standards and continuously strive to exceed the guests’ expectations, you are hands-on, you are ready to work late hours.

You’re charismatic, with a bold & attractive personality, you are an outgoing person, you are able create the right vibe in the restaurant, and are known to build strong teams.
