For for Michelin Star Restaurant in Boutique 5* Hotel

Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Our client, A Michelin star restaurant in a small 5* deluxe boutique hotel, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager with Sommelier experience.

They are looking to recruit an energetic, experienced leader who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background gained in stand-alone, well-known restaurants in London, Europe, Middle East, or a Dutch restaurant manager that wants to return to Amsterdam. The right candidate has at least several years working experience in a similar role, and is not a ‘first timer’.

You set high standards and continuously strive to exceed guests’ expectations. You are hands-on, ready to work late hours, and have previously created wine menus, promotions and activities.

You are innovative, creative, aware of the latest trends and active on social media, meaning you are an outgoing person.
