Our client, a top 5* luxury resort in Dubai, is bringing an exciting restaurant concept by a 3 Michelin star Chef to Dubai. This new restaurant will become one of the most iconic food destinations in the United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef, someone that has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pastry kitchens; a culinary fine dining background is essential.
You will be fully responsible for the daily operations of the pastry kitchen and will report to the Executive Head Chef.
Previous work experience in other Michelin Star Restaurants, World’s Best 100 Restaurants, or signature fine dining restaurants is a must.
