For top International Deluxe 5*Hotel

Our Client is one of the world’s most renowned luxury hotel brands and is a fantastic 5* hotel in Riyadh, Saudi. The hotel has several top restaurant elements to it, several Michelin* restaurant brands and a very nice retail and Pastry shop outlet by one of Paris finest Pastry Chefs, but also operates a large ballroom and catering department.
We are looking for someone with work experience in deluxe international 5* hotels and deluxe restaurants. You will be leading a team of Pastry Chefs and report to the Executive Chef.
The right Chef has strong plated desserts and pastry experience and chocolate experience. He has a creative & quality approach towards his work, has a good knowledge of HACCP, has pre-opening experience, is hands-on and brings up the quality of the Pastry Department even further and inspires his multi-cultural culinary team. Previous work experience with top pastry concepts in Europe, UK, Asian main capitals or Middle East top hotels is a benefit.
