Our Client is part of one of the world’s largest 5* hotel brands.

This large 5*hotel offers fourteen food & beverage outlets, and several meeting rooms and event space.

We’re looking for a strong Executive Chef, preferably European or British national, with a proven track record in large 5* hotels and previous work experience in the Middle East, Europe or Egypt in a similar role is preferred. You are aware of the latest culinary trends and concepts.

You have been leading brigades of more than 120 to 150 staff.
