Our client, a top 5* deluxe, international resort hotel chain, is looking for a Bar & Lounge Manager for their busy restaurant, lounge- bar concept.

They are looking to recruit an energetic, experienced,  Restaurant- Bar & Lounge Manager who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background gained in 5* hotels or well-known restaurant-bar concepts in, London- UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Cape Town, or any main cities in Europe. The right candidate has at least 2-5 years working in a similar role, this role is not a ‘first timer’. You speak at least one other European language besides English, preferably French, Spanish or German.

You set high standards and continuously strive to exceed the guests’ expectations, you are hands-on, you are ready to work late hours and you have previously organized promotions and activities.

You are innovative, creative, aware of the latest trends and active on social media, you are an outgoing person, you are able create the right vibe in the bar.
