Our client is one of Dubai’s most renowned 5* hotels in the DIFC area. The role is Sous Chef for a busy and dynamic brasserie style restaurant environment and the right candidate must be ready to be Chef de Cuisine in one year.
We are looking for a passionate, young, dynamic Sous Chef, with work experience in Europe, preferably Belgian, Dutch, French cuisine. The right Sous Chef has strong cooking skills in all sections, she/ he has a creative approach, has a good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, and brings up the quality of the kitchen even further and inspires the young culinary team of CDP’s and Commis. Previous work experience of 5-10 years in good restaurants and work experience in Europe is required.
