Our client, a well-known restaurant group, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager for their busy fine dining, Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of London, Covent Garden. The restaurant is one of London’s most romantic restaurants, serves on an average 70 guests for lunch and 120 guests for dinner and has a nice terrace area as well.

They are looking to recruit an energetic, well-groomed Restaurant General Manager who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background gained in stand-alone or well-known restaurant concepts in London, or main cities in Europe. The right candidate has at least 5-10 years working in a similar role, and is definitely not a ‘first timer’. You will be leading a team of 30 front of the house staff and 3 sommeliers.

You set high standards and continuously strive to exceed the guests’ expectations, you are hands-on, you are ready to work late hours and you have previously created promotions and activities.

You have good food and beverage knowledge, you are active on social media, you are an outgoing person and you are able create the right romantic vibe in the restaurant.
