Our client, a top 5* luxury resort in Dubai, is bringing an exciting Spanish restaurant concept from legendary Las Vegas Celebrity Chef, José Andrés, to Dubai. This new restaurant will become one of the most iconic food destinations in the United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a Specialty Sous Chef – someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. A classic Spanish culinary dining background is essential.
You will be second in command, leading a team of 18 chefs, responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and report to the Executive Head Chef.
Previous work experience in fast-paced, high-volume Spanish/Latin dining restaurants is a must. The restaurant will do approximately 500-600 covers daily.
