Our Client, a renowned boutique 5* hotel, is looking for the Executive Chef for their luxury, trendy hotel in Beirut, Lebanon.
The hotel has an all-day Cafe, and one deluxe, Mediterranean/French inspired restaurant, a banquet department and two (Rooftop) Bars. You will be leading a team of Chefs and reports to the General Manager.
We are looking for someone with work experience in international boutique style hotels and preferably a Lebanese or French national. The right Chef has strong restaurant experience, is creative with menus, good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and HACCP, is hands-on, and brings up the quality of culinary even further and inspires the culinary team.
Salary indication for this role is 60,000 – 70,000 USD nett per annum, insurances and bonus, this is a good role for a No 2 (Executive Sous Chef) or Executive Chef with experience in smaller 5*properties in the Middle East.
