Location: Tripoli, Libya
Our Client, a renowned 5* hotel chain, Corinthia Hotels, is looking for the Executive Chef for their luxury hotel in Tripoli.
The hotel re-opened recently and the team is rebuilding their business and is currently focusing on events and re-opening the restaurants. The kitchen team is still small in terms of head count (20) so it gives the new Executive Chef a really good opportunity to build his own team and also allows the Chef to put his signature or stamp on the F&B product.
We are looking for a mature person, independent, and someone with work experience in African or North African 5*hotels and preferably Arabic speaking or an Arabic national. The right Chef has diverse culinary skills, including Arabic cuisine and strong banquet experience, is creative with menus and buffets, has good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, and inspires and develops the culinary team.
Salary indication for this role is 60,000 Euro nett year, plus housing and full expat benefits, insurances and bonus.
