Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Our Client: a renowned 5* hotel chain, is looking for the Executive Chef for their luxury hotel in Lisbon, Portugal.
The hotel has an all-day dining room, one outsourced Tapas style restaurant, a busy banquet and catering department and several Lounges and Bars. You will be leading a team of approximately 20-25 Chefs and reports to the General Manager.
We are looking for someone with work experience in international boutique style hotels and preferably an European citizen. The right Chef has strong Banquet experience, is creative with menus and buffets, good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, and brings up the quality of culinary even further and inspires the culinary team.
Salary indication for this role is 55,000 Euro nett per year, plus housing and expat benefits, insurances and bonus, this is a good role for a No 2 (Executive Sous Chef) or Executive Chef with experience in smaller 5*properties.
