Our Client is part of one of the world’s largest 5* hotel brands. This new 5* hotel will open up in the fourth quarter of 2019 in the exciting city of Riyadh.
The 207 room , 5*hotel will offer a lobby lounge with 100 seats, all day dining room with 100 seats, an Asian specialty restaurant with 96 seats, and five meeting rooms with a capacity of 200 seats. The hotel aims to deliver a luxury lifestyle business experience.
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Executive Chef, with a proven track record in Western and Asian cuisine, and previous work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in luxury 5* hotels in the Middle East. You have at least 8-10 years of experience and have been leading brigades of more than 50 -75 chefs.
The right Chef has a good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, brings pre-opening experience to the kitchen and build and inspires the culinary team of Head Chefs, CDP’s and Commis.
