Our Client is one of the world’s most renowned rooftop restaurant & lounge operators. Their new destination restaurant & lounge will open up in the first quarter of 2019 On The Bund in the exciting city of Shanghai.
The concept aims to deliver a luxury lifestyle dining and entertainment experience, through unique experiences that stimulate the senses and providing exceptional guest services that are cut above the competition, positioned in a key iconic location with stunning vistas.
This position of Executive Chef requires not only excellent cooking skills, but also good leadership skills and interpersonal skills. The Executive Chef works closely together with the Group Executive Chef to create a strong culinary repertoire.
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Executive Chef, with a proven track record in Western and Asian cuisine, previous work experience as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine of luxury Restaurants or Michelin* level Restaurants and /or luxury 5* hotels. You have at least 8-10 years of experience and have been leading brigades of more than 25 chefs.
The right Executive Chef has a creative approach, has a good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, brings pre-opening experience and inspires the young culinary team of CDP’s and Commis.
