For Mediterranean Restaurant Project

Our client is one of the most renowned 5* restaurant groups around in Miami. This new project is part of a new Mediterranean themed restaurant development with 4 outlets and several ultra-luxurious rooms.
As a Corporate Executive Chef you will be leading four Head Chefs and report to the Group Corporate Chef.
We are looking for someone with work experience in the Mediterranean, deluxe resorts or restaurants. The right Chef has strong Mediterranean- Levante cuisine and Moroccan/North African cuisine experience, he/she has a creative approach, is hands-on, and will focus on the quality of the restaurants and inspires his/her culinary team.
Previous work experience in concepts in resort islands is a preference, the right candidate can be of any nationality and pre-opening experience is preferred as well.
