Our Client is one of the finest 5* hotel brands in Asia. Their signature restaurant & bar with 75 restaurant seats and 22 bar seats is one of the best known Grill rooms in the exciting city of Seoul.
The concept aims to deliver a luxury, Michelin* dining experience through unique experiences that stimulate the senses and by providing exceptional guest services that are cut above the competition, and by being positioned in a key iconic location.
This position of Chef de Cuisine requires not only excellent cooking skills, but also good leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Chef de Cuisine, with a proven track record in grill room dining, and previous work experience at Michelin * restaurants. You have at least 8-10 years of experience and have been leading brigades of more than 25 chefs.
The right Chef de Cuisine has a creative approach, has a good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, brings Michelin* experience to the kitchen and inspires the young culinary team of CDP’s and Commis.
