For new Deluxe Restaurant Concept in Top 5* Hotel
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Our Client is a new concept by an award-winning Michelin * Chef and a 5* Hotel in Cairo. This fine -dining concept has 120 seats, divided over the main restaurant, terrace and petisco-tapas bar.
We are looking for a passionate, young, dynamic Sous Chef, with work experience in Portuguese, Spanish or Latin Cuisine and perhaps has previously worked in a Michelin star work environment.
The right Sous Chef has strong culinary skills, she/ he has a creative approach, has preferably opening experience, has a good knowledge of HACCP, is hands-on, has good grip on leading a multi-cultural team and inspires the young culinary team of Sous Chefs, CDP’s and Commis. Previous work experience in deluxe Iberian or Middle East boutique hotels or restaurants is a benefit.
