Our Client is one of Europe’s most beautiful boutique resorts. This fantastic 5* resort has several restaurants and bars, and some unique banquet and event space in their portfolio.

We are looking for a passionate, young and dynamic Director Food & Beverage, with work experiences in Europe, especially Mediterranean, Portugal and Spain but also other European countries or UK will do.

The right candidate has strong knowledge of luxury service , she/ he has a very creative approach, has a good knowledge of the latest food trends in the industry, has a proven track record of successfully running restaurant concepts and understands how to run a seasonal operation. You will bring up the quality of this top resort it’s F&B even further and inspire the F&B team.
